We do not sell merchant personal information.
4. Shopify Data and Platform Access
ShipSplit operates as a Shopify app and accesses data that merchants authorize through Shopify’s app installation and permissions system.
We only request and use access reasonably necessary to operate the Service, such as reading products, reading shipping data, and writing shipping-related configuration where required.
Merchants can review requested permissions during installation and may uninstall the app at any time through Shopify.

Certain logs, backups, and security records may remain for a limited period under our retention practices.
8. Data Deletion and Shopify Privacy Requests
ShipSplit may receive and process Shopify privacy or compliance webhooks related to customer data access, customer deletion or redaction, and shop data deletion or redaction.
Where applicable, we respond to valid Shopify privacy requests in accordance with Shopify requirements and applicable law. Merchants may also contact us directly regarding app data deletion using the contact details below.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.
